After his experiences at the Fitzpatrick in Dublin and at the Hotel Le Richmond in
Geneva,
his cuisine immediately takes on an international dimension. He improves his skills by working alongside star chefs of the caliber of Alain Ducasse, Carlo Cracco and Gualtiero Marchesi, who gave him a solid basic preparation, the acquisition of the right skills and an aptitude for gourmet cuisine. Guided by these renowned professionals, Stefano learns innovative techniques. But above all, he has the opportunity to be surrounded by the spirit that permeates the entire organization, learning that rigor, perseverance and creativity must never be lacking.

He is food Technologist, consultant and trainer in food safety, as well as nutritional
biologist, registered with the Order of Food Technologists of Lombardy and
Liguria.

Since 2015, he has been mainly involved in food treatment for overweight and obese people, as well as sportsmen and women.
Dr. Cattorini has a recognized propensity for listening and especially for
cooperation, which is particularly effective in order to achieve efficiency and quality of the result.

He has a strong aptitude for educational expression and this is proved by his numerous publications, concerning both nutrition and the more specific field of
catering.
